I sat in breath meditation twice with Jon Kabat-Zinn’s recording introducing breath for Pain Relief, so this is best. When I return from Volunteering I will focus on The Body Scan breathing into each part of the body. This will complete my assignment for New Pain Program an Eight Week Course though I start over today.
Today looking forward to seeing Tony because of yesterday I had not done my breath meditation for pain relief, I felt horrible when we met, and the folks we were with would never understand. Most of what I feel is a change for the better eventually.
