I do believe–“and all shall be well.”

There is a Holy Ghost, a Spirit of the Universe which all receiving, all-pervading brings from world to shining world revolves and gives comfort to me as I wait for minimal intervention, for in “Him all things are possible.” For Christ Jesus in whom I believe might bring healing, and as one yes as I believe, let lessons of healing come forth, for “I stand in a Gyre” as Yeats who was only passingly Christian and Repent of my disbelief, and Oh Lord, all things are possible, as you drove out my disbelief, and brought to me “normal behavior, I pray and in supplication to the Father’s great glory, and your intercession on my behalf, I am beginning to understand more about faith, and as I rose again in my legs to walk again, and realizing what I never did before, please oh God, through Jesus, as I am the lamb brought from that which is not whole to the small thing, givver of wool, provider of milk, and finally me asking for what we have left in our new found belief, I pray, increase my belief, my asking of reality, Thy reality which I see clearly that I shall die and live on in shining verily asking and waiting for, oh Lord, for Thy deliveriance I pray, yeas Halliluja and great praises, I ask for belief and the happiness of Thy might hand to give me such healing which is possible! In Jesus mighty Name, Amen, and Amen.

I was a University and community college instructor. I am an ordinary man writing for artistic reasons, and simple taste-- blogs are an answer to high priced self-publishing. Walt Whitman had to print his 1000 paper books himself because in 1855 poetry did not sell. It does not sell now unless you have a Pulitzer Prize, and even then, the poet usually makes a living in other ways than poetry. In all ages there have been writers writing out of their own reasons. I am an older man with fewer computer skills than my daughter. Blogs let me reach an audience missed by books, and I stand a better chance to reach a wider audience. My two self-published books, Winter from Spring, and Meditations on Gratitude, Charles E Taylor, MFA, Xlibris.com and a third coming out sometime next year, through The Book Patch: For Patty Brown... satisfy needs to hold books, and, yet, still read as electronic books which are easier to produce than paper books. The blog allowed me to write a compendium of my writing. I can combine composition with production. Wordpress provides word processing with production. When the writer finishes writing they press publish and then a finished piece. I’m happy to present to you a slice of my personal writing. Do enjoy what you read!
